La Palma will arrive 45 minutes before your event to set up. To ensure everything goes smoothly, clients must provide a flat, shaded area with easy access. We can't set up on uneven floors, hills, or in direct rain or strong winds for safety and quality reasons. Some services may also need access to electricity.
